WHAT IS FLAG?
FLAG is an online tool for downloading fanfiction in ebook form. It will fetch stories from any of several popular fanfiction websites (listed here), compile these stories into a file suitable for reading on an ebook reader, and provide this file for you to download.

NEW SERVER / DONATIONS
Updated Feb 14th 2012, 01:53 UTCA huge thank you to everyone who donated towards the new server over the last few days - the total donation amount so far is $811US (before PayPal fees).
The new server has now been set up on the live site, and should pick up most of the current load over the next six hours or so as the DNS updates propagate. For those people who have been experiencing problems with the site under heavy load, the new server should resolve this.
For the technical people out there, this is why the other servers weren't coping, and why a new server is required - both other servers were suffering similar load levels, and were bottlenecked on CPU. The main cause of this load is the creation of PDF files.
